How much does SMS Broadcast cost?

Pricing depends on your school's size and how often you text. Book a call and we'll give you a quote.

Do parents need the Schoolmail app to receive texts?

No. Broadcast sends a normal SMS, so it reaches any mobile phone.

How are phone numbers checked?

When you import or add a parent, each number is checked. Any that can't receive a text are flagged as needing fixing, so you can correct them before you send.

Can we cancel a scheduled text?

Yes, any time up to a minute before it's due to send.

Who will the text appear to come from?

Your school's name, using a personalised sender ID, rather than an unknown number.
